We’re now looking for an R&D manager to join our executive team and lead our talented engineering organization as we scale product, team, and infrastructure to the next level.
Own the full engineering roadmap—from architectural vision to execution—across a deeply technical, data-heavy product.
Build and lead a high-performing engineering team across backend, frontend, infrastructure, and DevOps.
Scale our product and platform to support complex enterprise workflows, massive multidimensional datasets, and next-gen AI capabilities.
Partner closely with the CEO, product, and go-to-market teams to align engineering with business goals and customer needs.
Maintain and evolve engineering culture: quality-first, fast-moving, pragmatic, and highly collaborative.
Make key architectural decisions to ensure performance, scalability, and security as we scale rapidly.
Backend: Python, Redis, PostgreSQL
Infrastructure: Kubernetes, Docker, AWS
Frontend: React, TypeScript
Data & AI: Proprietary multi-dimensional cube engine + Smartastic (our algorithmic layer for planning & modeling)
8+ years in software engineering, with at least 3+ years leading R&D or engineering teams in production environments of B2B SaaS companies.
Experience with complex system architecture, distributed systems, or data-heavy platforms (ideally B2B, enterprise-facing).
Hands-on background in Python and web-based applications —comfortable making and challenging technical decisions.
Strong leadership and communication skills—you can inspire, challenge, and support engineers at all levels.
