About fintastic:
fintastic is on a mission to reinvent financial planning and analysis for the modern enterprise. We've built the most advanced and scalable FP&A platform on the market, already replacing legacy giants like Anaplan and Workday Adaptive at companies such as Priceline, Gigamon, Scale AI, Nextech, and more. After years of deep technical investment, we launched commercially last year and are growing rapidly, backed by top-tier VCs and strategic operators.
We’re looking for curious, driven, and collaborative people to join us as we scale.
About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on, high-ownership Director Of Product to lead product strategy and execution across our entire platform. This is a roll-up-your-sleeves role, not a people manager role (yet)—owning discovery, delivery, and impact. You’ll be the single product function in the company, working closely with the CEO, engineering, CS and key customers.
What You’ll Do
- Own the product roadmap end-to-end, from strategy to execution, across our platform
- Conduct hands-on discovery with customers, prospects, and internal teams to identify needs, gaps, and opportunities
- Write clear, detailed PRDs, user stories, and functional specs for engineering
- Prioritize ruthlessly, balancing customer impact, speed, and technical complexity
- Collaborate tightly with design and engineering on rapid product delivery
- Define success metrics, track adoption, and continuously improve the product based on feedback and data
- Act as an internal evangelist for the product, educating Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, ideally with enterprise and data-heavy platforms
- Track record of shipping complex products from 0→1 and iterating fast
- Deep empathy for users with a sharp eye for UX in complex business applications
- Excellent written communication and product spec skills
- Comfortable working in high-ambiguity, high-velocity environments
- Experience with FP&A, BI, data modeling, or enterprise planning tools is a strong plus
- Based in Israel
